Each individual may hold only one Account on the vippro platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vippro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
vippro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects:
vippro is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming compliance obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to this verification process.
You may be requested to provide any or all of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time at the Company's discretion:
KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 WIB). Submissions made during Indonesian public holidays or weekends may take longer. Users will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.
Failure to complete KYC verification upon request may result in restrictions on withdrawals, suspension of betting privileges, or temporary Account suspension. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days after a verification request may be permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to immediately notify vippro if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
Your Account may only be used for placing bets and wagers on sports events, casino games, and other gaming products offered on the Platform for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial or professional betting operations using vippro are strictly prohibited.
You must take all reasonable precautions to keep your login credentials confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, even family members or close associates. You must log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
vippro strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. While 2FA significantly enhances Account security, you remain solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any 2FA recovery codes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vippro platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
Enforcement: vippro employs advanced fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Suspicious activity is investigated thoroughly. Users found in breach may be reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
vippro accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) may also be accepted where supported by our payment processor.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1–3 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallet transactions during banking hours. Transactions initiated outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take longer. vippro does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Enhanced limits may be available to verified VIP members. Contact customer support for details.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited as an anti-money laundering measure.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 4–24 hours for verified Accounts during business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours.
To prevent misuse of the Platform for money laundering purposes, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) on any eligible game or market before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are subject to separate and higher wagering requirements as outlined in Clause 8.
vippro does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 25,000 per transaction. VIP-tier members may be exempt from this fee.
vippro offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification, have made at least one successful deposit, and have not breached any provision of these Terms. Each bonus may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, and payment method.
Bonus Funds typically carry a wagering requirement ranging from 5x to 35x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion Terms.
Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets contribute 100%. Exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's Terms.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if: (a) you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement; (b) you engage in any prohibited activity listed in Clause 6; or (c) you breach any condition of the bonus Terms.
Most bonuses must be used within a specified validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiry of the validity period.
When playing with Bonus Funds, the maximum bet per spin or per round is typically capped at Rp 25,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bets are subject to acceptance by vippro. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, error, or breach of these Terms. A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation appears in your Account transaction history.
All sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a void, postponed, or abandoned event, the specific sport rules published on the vippro website will apply. Bets placed on judi bola (football betting) markets follow standard international betting rules.
All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. vippro partners only with reputable game providers holding valid certifications.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All dealer decisions are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled according to the dealer's completion of the hand or spin, even if you are unable to view the outcome.
In the event of a software malfunction, glitch, or incorrect odds display, vippro reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Users are not entitled to claim winnings arising from obvious software errors. Any such winnings will be deducted from your Account Balance.
All content on the vippro Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is owned by vippro or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from vippro.
vippro collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. However, no online system is entirely immune from security risks. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.
Your personal information may be shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and anti-fraud services as necessary to operate the Platform. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Self-Exclusion: Users who request self-exclusion will have their Account closed for a minimum period of 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to reopen your Account under any circumstances. You must not attempt to register a new Account while self-excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vippro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, vippro's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the offshore jurisdiction in which vippro holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting vippro customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against vippro.
vippro reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
